Snow Shoveling Workout






Good Morning All,

I got up this morning with the intentions of going to the gym to weight lift.  I walked outside into a winter wonderland.  I live in a condo so we have snow removal services; however, they only do common areas and not a good job.  So at 5:40AM this I was removing snow from my car and making a path for my husband's car (he was at work) and my daughter to walk Nutmeg.  I had the intentions only cleaning off my car and going to the gym.  I didn't make it to the gym.  I cleared out my two parking spots, two of my neighbor's parking spots and sidewalks for my daughter and Nutmeg to walk.  I didn't have to go to the gym because it was a workout shoveling snow.  I didn't go inside my house till about 7:30AM.  Almost two hours shoveling snow. I felt great.  I could of stayed longer; however, I didn't want too because you have to be careful of shoveling snow when you are a certain age.  I workout and I think I am in good shape.  Anyways, I went in the house and had a clementine and began to take off my clothes to get in the shower.  I was itching all over.  I broke out in hives on my legs and thighs.  There were big welts on my thighs and I couldn't stop itching. The hot shower didn't make it better, it made it worse.  It was like my skin was thawing out.  Never again.  I think I need to take a Benadryl.  Now, as I am watching the news, the weatherman was saying that you should wait to shovel the snow, because the temperature is going to melt the snow anyway.  Go figure.

Dooney and Bourke Leather Janine Satchel

Good Evening All, This week has been rather hectic.  Dealing with family issues and job interviews at the same time.  All is good and the Creator is in charge.  I had purchased a Dooney and Bourke bag about two months ago to store my keys, ipod and identification when I workout at the gym. At first I didn't really like the Janine Satchel because of the size.  I love big bags; however since I have lost over 20 pounds, big bags are starting to overwhelm my stature.  I wanted a gray bag because I wear a lot of gray outfits and have been unable to find the perfect gray bag.  There are many different shades of gray that tend to be a little taupe or have a bluish undertone.  This bag is more on the heather gray side with the beige vachetta accent. Pre-Sales... After Thanksgiving

Blessings To Everyone, I hope all is well.  I am re-cooping from cooking Thanksgiving dinner and working a full eight hours at Ann Taylor on Black Friday.  It wasn't too crazy; however, the store became really busy within the last hour of my shift.  It takes a patient person to work retail when you have 6 different questions coming from 6 different women at the same time.  However, I welcome the challenge because it tests my limits.  Anyways, I am sitting here typing and stretching out my new Christian Louboutin Geo Pumps ( http://www.barneys.com/on/demandware.store/Sites-BNY-Site/default/Product-Show?pid=502682721 ).  As I mentioned in earlier posts, I have the most difficult time with shoes especially Christian Louboutin.  Every pair of Louboutins that I bought, I had to send them back to the store.  I like the Geo pump because of the low kitten heel.  These shoes are more realistic for me to wear than the sexy skyscraper shoes...

Eyelet
