I don't believe that I am up at 1:30AM in the morning shopping. I was excited about the new Target and Neiman Marcus collaboration that I had my daughter stalk the website to let me know when it was time to buy. Typically, I don't fall prey to the designer collaborations with big tier stores since the whole Missoni spectacle (I end up giving most of my Missoni purchases away after my weight loss), but I had my eye on the leather studded gloves by Brian Atwood; the sweatshirt from Proenza Schouler and a fur vest from Skaist-Taylor. I also purchased my daughter a sweatshirt because she stood watch relentlessly to make sure I got what I wanted. The items can be found at both Target and Neiman Marcus online or in store. Normally, I would go into the store to see how the items were before I found them, however, I didn't feel like burning my gas; and stalking my local Target to be disappointed because my items are not there.

Dooney and Bourke Leather Janine Satchel

Good Evening All, This week has been rather hectic. Dealing with family issues and job interviews at the same time. All is good and the Creator is in charge. I had purchased a Dooney and Bourke bag about two months ago to store my keys, ipod and identification when I workout at the gym. The bag wasn't a great choice and I end up exchanging the bag for a Dooney and Bourke Leather Janine Satchel in gray. At first I didn't really like the Janine Satchel because of the size. I love big bags; however since I have lost over 20 pounds, big bags are starting to overwhelm my stature. I wanted a gray bag because I wear a lot of gray outfits and have been unable to find the perfect gray bag. I Am Back

Blessings To Everyone, It has been two months since I last blogged. I have been extremely busy with work. I was working on a dress for success event with both my employers that includes Ann Taylor. We created an initiative to teach graduates how to dress for interviews and what to wear for work. At my primary job, we have to create initiatives along with my current job duties. The event was a success. One of the student models was offered a job at the new Loft flagship in Chicago. I also have been contemplating which way I would like this blog to go. The blog started out as a self help for me and to inspire others as well. I want to focus on inspiring others. In the past two months I have been out of town to Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and New York. Going to New York was one of the things I wanted to do before I leave this world. Twins

Good Afternoon All!!!!!!! Twins are on the brains today because I was watching The View and there were a set of identical twins on the show getting a makeover. They find themselves choosing the same things inadvertently to wear and they wanted an identity of their own. If you are familiar with twins, parents often dress twins alike. Twins run in my family and my husband's side of the family. My baby sister has two fraternal twin girls and when I want to buy them things not only do I have buy one, I have to buy two. My mother wanted the twins to have matching Burberry dresses, and I couldn't get my head around buying two dresses for toddlers at $300 each. Well, when I buy my nieces things to wear, I have a problem of buying two of the same thing. I can find a pretty little outfit in the size I need; however, I can't find a duplicate.
