Fall On The Brains

Good Evening All,
Another week and its over.  Well this past week has been rather sad because of the shootings in Colorado.  What is this world coming too?  The longer that I live, people are spiritually and morally bankrupt.  When I woke up Friday morning to go to the gym, I turned on the news to see coverage of some shootings.  I didn’t know what was going on because I was waking up from a deep stupor.  Instantly hearing the news, my heart started to weep.  I prayed heavily.  My heart weeps for the victims, the shooter and the world as a whole.  It is only going to get worse.
Well anyways to cheer myself up, I have been thinking a lot about Fall.  Yes, it is July but Fall is definitely on the brains.  I look forward to the crisp air, the colorful backdrop of nature, and hot apple cider.  I also look forward to the fashion.  Typically in fall, I wear a lot of neutral colors.  I love black, brown, grey, taupe, navy, cream, and red.  My uniform for Fall are tall riding boots, riding pants, cashmere sweaters, pashmina scarf, leather jacket, a pair of sunglasses, and my pixie haircut….. ala Halle Berry.  Here are some of my picks.   Many, many, many Blessings!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Is Blogging Dead?

Hello To All. I have been missing in action from this blog since 2015.  I am the type of person that gets bored with things quite quickly.  I have a question for you today.  Is blogging dead?  There are millions of blogs out there covering everything from fashion, food, homes, wine, and etc.  With the fashion piece, Instagram has taken over the need to post a  blog about what a person is wearing and what the audience should buy. However, is it quite necessary to share with the world everything that a person does in their life. I am signing off with this open ended question; should you leave things to the  imagination?  Ponder on that question; will you. Until next time, many, many, many, blessings!

Happy New Years 2015!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

. Blessings to All,  It has been a long time coming for this post. The last time I blogged was back in May 2014.  Fast forward to January 1, 2015.  I am very happy to see another year.  I am so glad that 2014 is in the past.  Today is a time to look forward to new opportunities.  On my agenda this year is to get better and wiser.  I am on the path of eliminating baggage out of my life. I am very much interested in the minimalist movement.  A minimalist voluntarily simplifies their life.  It can include buying less things, reducing consumption, working less, and even eliminating toxic things from your life.  I always admired the Japanese culture.  They practice minimalism; however some may argue that is due ...

Don't mind the blurred picture.  I still don't know how to operate a camera properly.  I love the nautical themed skirt.  If you are an Ann Taylor card member, you can enjoy a special preview shopping day Wednesday, August 1st.  Also, I am including a promo code to be used online, FRIENDS1 at checkout.
