Resurrection Day, Origami, and Louis Vuitton Nolita Bag

Happy Resurrection Day!!!!!!

Today is the day that my Lord and Savior rose from the dead.  This marks a day of renewal.  Jesus Christ made everything anew.  I got up this morning to have some hot cross buns, sliced strawberries, oranges, blueberry Greek yogurt, and coffee with some Irish Creme.  I went to church today for service and they served slices of pie on plates with silverware.  Being that I am still watching what I eat, I took two slices to go so I can calculate the calories when I got home.

The family and I kept it lite for Easter dinner.  I made a salad with with spinach, strawberries, red onions, celery, carrots, cucumbers, and tomatoes. My husband put some Min Min vegetable spring rolls and Trader Joes Handsomely Cut French Fries in the oven.  I also picked up a bucket of hot and honey drummetts from the local grocery store along with some Hawaiian rolls.

Well, I decided to jazz it up for Resurrection Sunday with my new origami skirt, my Stuart Weitzman lace-up sandals, leather jacket from Neiman Marcus that I am able to fit back into, and one of my favorite bags, a Louis Vuitton Damier Nolita bag.  This bag is very special to me because my husband let me get it as a graduation gift for my Bachelors Degree.

I wish everyone a Happy Easter and Passover.

Many Blessings!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Is Blogging Dead?

Hello To All. I have been missing in action from this blog since 2015.  I am the type of person that gets bored with things quite quickly.  I have a question for you today.  Is blogging dead?  There are millions of blogs out there covering everything from fashion, food, homes, wine, and etc.  With the fashion piece, Instagram has taken over the need to post a  blog about what a person is wearing and what the audience should buy. However, is it quite necessary to share with the world everything that a person does in their life. I am signing off with this open ended question; should you leave things to the  imagination?  Ponder on that question; will you. Until next time, many, many, many, blessings!

Happy New Years 2015!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

. Blessings to All,  It has been a long time coming for this post. The last time I blogged was back in May 2014.  Fast forward to January 1, 2015.  I am very happy to see another year.  I am so glad that 2014 is in the past.  Today is a time to look forward to new opportunities.  On my agenda this year is to get better and wiser.  I am on the path of eliminating baggage out of my life. I am very much interested in the minimalist movement.  A minimalist voluntarily simplifies their life.  It can include buying less things, reducing consumption, working less, and even eliminating toxic things from your life.  I always admired the Japanese culture.  They practice minimalism; however some may argue that is due ...
