Favorites This Week

Also, I am in love with the color red and big watches.  I own several watches and wanted something that was more fun and less expensive (i.e. my Blvgari).  I found a red men’s ski watch at Nordstrom by Nitro.  It retails for $19.50 and can be seen at http://shop.nordstrom.com/s/nitro-wilber-watch/3237167?origin=keywordsearch&resultback=257.  What I loved about it was its vibrant colors and its Japanese mechanisms.  It is a fun watch and will add a pop of color to any outfit.  Enjoy.

Dooney and Bourke Leather Janine Satchel

Good Evening All, This week has been rather hectic.  Dealing with family issues and job interviews at the same time.  All is good and the Creator is in charge.  I had purchased a Dooney and Bourke bag about two months ago to store my keys, ipod and identification when I workout at the gym. The bag wasn't a great choice and I end up exchanging the bag for a Dooney and Bourke Leather Janine Satchel in gray. At first I didn't really like the Janine Satchel because of the size.  I love big bags; however since I have lost over 20 pounds, big bags are starting to overwhelm my stature.  I wanted a gray bag because I wear a lot of gray outfits and have been unable to find the perfect gray bag.  There are many different shades of gray that tend to be a little taupe or have a bluish undertone.  This bag is more on the heather gray side with the beige vachetta accent. I Am Back

Blessings To Everyone, It has been two months since I last blogged.  I have been extremely busy with work.  I was working on a dress for success event with both my employers that includes Ann Taylor.  We created an initiative to teach graduates how to dress for interviews and what to wear for work.  At my primary job, we have to create initiatives along with my current job duties. The event was a success. One of the student models was offered a job at the new Loft flagship in Chicago. I also have been contemplating which way I would like this blog to go.  The blog started out as a self help for me and to inspire others as well. I want to focus on inspiring others.
